LuoJing in a dining room

LuoJing wall finish in a dining room

Description

Luojing DMS-P21-10 is a refined inorganic interior coating developed for breathable, durable wall finishes. Formulated with deep-sea purple mussel material, its distinctive double-helical pore structure promotes breathability while helping maintain dry wall surfaces and inhibit mould growth. With particles finer than 600 mesh, it delivers a smooth, silky finish with strong substrate coverage and the ability to conceal minor surface imperfections. Suitable for roller or spray application, Luojing combines refined aesthetics with practical performance for residential and high-specification interiors.

Colour use: LuoJing is the Interior Flat Paint Series option for coating new walls. It uses the same palette as JingHu, so each colour is presented once in the Interior range.

Surface Preparation

Apply two coats of wall putty to the substrate, then sand the surface smooth and remove all loose dust and surface debris before application. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust or other contaminants.

How to Apply

Mix the coating powder with clean water in two stages. First, combine the powder and water at a 1:1 ratio and mix at full speed for 3–5 minutes. Add a further 70–80% of the powder weight in clean water to achieve a final powder-to-water ratio of 1:1.6–1.8, then mix for another 3–5 minutes. Filter the mixture through a 100-mesh screen before application.

Apply by roller or spray in two coats, allowing approximately 1 hour between coats. After the final coat, keep the area well ventilated for approximately 2 hours to allow the coating to dry thoroughly.

Apply in ventilated conditions at 5°C–35°C and 30%–85% relative humidity. Clean application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Once mixed, the coating can be stored for up to 48 hours; remix before use if sedimentation occurs.
